Mullard made ECC83 / 12AX7 and are becoming nearly impossible to find. These tubes are praised for their smooth sound. Some tubes may be marked with the Mullard logo, by the British military as CV492 or come marked as Amperex, GE or RCA. Most are in original boxes, while some are bulk packed and will come in white boxes. Current stock is Blackburn Works, UK made ECC83s with Blackburn date codes. Super rare.

Great Tube! It's hard to describe, but these tubes have a smooth, harmonically complex voice that I have not found in any current manufactured tube. The best that I've ever used!

I bought a pair of these over ten years ago from another vendor. Ended up recently needing to put these in the phase inverter circuit. I wish I would have bought a couple more sets when the prices were still reasonable. These tubes are amazing.
