I replaced an electro-harmonix 12ax7 that had reduced its output in the right channel with one of these, and I’m very glad I did! This Tung-Sol really brings my modest vinyl set up to life. Very quiet AND very lively. Big bass, detailed, and warm, with a more expansive soundstage than I’ve ever noticed before. Highly recommended!

Put one of these and a tung-sol 6L6GCSTR in my Supro Blues King 12. Huge improvement over the Ruby tubes it came with. More headroom great smooth tone. And dead quiet. Great choice for that amp.

I have been rolling power tubes trying to get the tone for my primaluna dialogue premium power amp. I have rolled 6l6 nos and new production, 807 tubes, and even the kt120, I can now say that finally the desirable tone with these El34 tubes their tonal quality and balance is excellent.
